Hamish Matheson (Host) – Enterprise Healthcare Consultant, Lumary

Hamish Matheson has 20 years of experience solving complex business problems through efficient use of technology. Hamish was drawn to Lumary as he strongly supported and believed in the vision of Lumary to empower care providers in the provision of better care through the use of technology.

With a strong background in Telecommunications, managed infrastructure, enterprise software and workforce management, Hamish has extensive experience consulting with organisations on how to increase business efficiency and minimise cost by leveraging technology to reduce manual operations. Hamish understands the complexities of retaining an engaged workforce and increasing profitability through sustainable growth, as well as the significance of removing barriers for care providers in challenging, highly regulated environments.

 

Naomi McCorkell – Chief Operating Officer, Ability Options

With over 20 years experience, Naomi has held senior roles for a number of government and non government organisations in the disability sector. The roles she has held in recent years have given her significant insight into the vision and direction of the sector as well as an understanding of the challenges and opportunities all stakeholders face with the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Passionate about all people having equal access to a good life and people with disability designing their own support arrangements, Naomi is committed to supporting the sector in getting things right in this significant time of change.

 

Joyce Baillie – General Manager, Corporate Services, Unisson Disability

Joyce has qualifications in Accounting, Finance and Management with over 15 years’ experience across these areas both in the commercial and NFP sector. 

Joyce has spent the last three and a half years working within the disability support sector, playing a key role in the successful transition of another disability support provider to NDIS. Joyce brings to Unisson an extensive knowledge of the NDIS, as well as strong experience at an operational and corporate services level. Joyce is a highly motivated individual and is passionate about delivering quality services and providing the required support within the organisation so that individuals and the organisation as a whole can perform at their best.

Daniel Carbone – Lead Solution Architect, Lumary

Daniel Carbone is the Lead Solution Architect within the Delivery Department at Lumary. Before joining Lumary, Daniel has worked extensively within the tech and Financial Services industries for over 10 years. Daniel provides advice to organisations on how to redesign their business workflow configuration utilising technology to enhance operational controls and effectiveness to support day-to-day operations.

Daniel is passionate about designing best practice solutions to create digitally connected healthcare organisations that meet their individual needs and requirements, with a focus on “Who we are” as an organisation. Daniel is a strong believer in bringing together the operational and clinical arms of businesses and streamlining administrative tasks for employees, so they can focus on doing what’s most important – delivering quality care to those who need it the most.
