At Lumary, our mission is to connect the best technology to the best human care. We achieve this by developing a seamless healthcare ecosystem for our customers through our innovative technology solutions, ongoing support and partnership approach.

For more than five years, we’ve proudly supported Australia’s top disability, aged care, and allied health providers to digitally transform and optimise their operational effectiveness, build a connected workforce and deliver a truly customer-centric experience.


Our story so far

  • 2009

    The founding members of Lumary work as independent consultants in the disability and aged care sectors for the Government of South Australia.

  • 2012

    With the upcoming launch of the federal government’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Lumary is founded to develop suitable claiming software.

  • 2015

    Lumary launches its NDIS claiming software and establishes foundation partners to enhance the application further.

  • 2018

    Lumary begins its expansion into the aged care industry.

  • 2019

    Lumary raises $2m in capital from investors and grows its customer base to 100+ organisations across Australia.

  • 2020

    The team grows to 90+ staff and 150+ Australian providers use Lumary.

  • 2021

    Lumary raises $17m in capital from investors and begins research and development to expand into the autism therapy market in the USA.

  • 2022

    Lumary launches in the USA with its platform for ABA therapy providers and the global team grows to 155. In Australia, 160+ providers now use Lumary.

  • 2023

    Lumary launches their care management solution purpose built for Allied Health providers to effectively operationalise their business and support their entire client journey.
