Lumary Welcomes Dr. Ellie Kazemi as its New ABA Advisor

Lumary is excited to announce Dr. Ellie Kazemi as its most recent ABA advisor. Dr. Kazemi has been leading the way in outcome assessment and leveraging advanced technology in healthcare through robotics, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence.

Dr. Kazemi brings a wealth of expertise to Lumary, playing a pivotal role in numerous large-scale multidisciplinary projects. Notably, she has collaborated with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) through the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation and NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) via the Autonomy Center for STEAHM. Her research primarily focuses on utilizing technology to enhance behavioral health treatment, with a particular emphasis on extended virtual reality and robotics. Due to her groundbreaking work in this field, she has been recognized as one of the top 20 Women Leaders in virtual reality (VR) by VRScout, and has received several prestigious awards for her contributions to technology-enhanced healthcare.

Instrumental in developing technology-based training programs for healthcare providers, Dr. Kazemi’s contributions to the field have been recognized globally, leading to presentations and keynote speeches in several countries, including the United States, Norway, Italy, and China. With Dr. Kazemi’s knowledge and guidance, we will continue to improve our end-to-end platform by utilizing advanced technology and developing innovative ideas to support ABA providers in delivering top-quality care.
