JUST LAUNCHED LUMARY AH FOR ALLIED HEALTH PROVIDERS
Thrilled to have been invited to this year’s Salesforce World Tour in Sydney, Lumary’s co-founder and CTO, Matthew English, participated in a panel and networking session to discuss how Australian entrepreneurs are building products faster, securing cap raises, and tapping international markets.
The event brought together like-minded founders, leaders of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and entrepreneurs interested in joining the Salesforce ecosystem to network and share insights into building fast-growth businesses on the platform.
The Lumary team were humbled to be recognised as Salesforce.org’s APAC ISV Sales Partner of the Year for 2022. The award was bestowed on the back of the strength of our community of partners and our leading healthcare platform that supports Australian disability and aged care providers to enrich the lives of people receiving care.
Nicole Cosgrove, a Senior Partner Account Manager at Salesforce, highlighted Lumary as a company that have “written the playbook on how to build an ISV company on the Salesforce platform”— a testament to all Lumary employees who work tirelessly to turn Lumary’s vision to create better wellbeing through technology into a reality.
In 2013, Lumary’s co-founders, Joseph Mercorella (CEO) and Matthew English (CTO), embarked on a mission to impact and empower healthcare organisations to provide better care for their communities.
Partnerships have always been at the heart of our foundation and have become even more important as we expand our products and services to further support our customers. At Lumary, we believe it is better to use proven foundational technologies rather than build something new.
The idea that two heads are better than one is especially true in business. When two businesses collaborate, the partnership allows more opportunities to share knowledge, expertise and resources, leading to greater innovation and efficiency.
That’s why, when Joseph and Matthew were seeking a solution to the disconnected and rigid systems that the healthcare sector had in place, they partnered with Salesforce—one of the world’s most flexible, reliable and secure Platform as a Service (PaaS) providers.
By choosing to develop our application on the world’s #1 CRM, Salesforce, Lumary has since become a leading Salesforce partner by leveraging the best that the platform has to offer.
At the core of the Lumary healthcare platform is Lumary CM, an end-to-end, integrated healthcare platform designed and developed by healthcare specialists and top software engineers to support providers in compliantly and intelligently managing and delivering essential care needs.
As we grow, we continue to team up with other leading software solutions to ensure maximum interoperability, enabling a seamless experience for healthcare providers. With its scalability, the Lumary healthcare platform is designed as the one care management software providers need.
We have always strived to innovate through our technology—driven to connect the best technology with the best human care to better support the broader healthcare community.
We do this because we are invested in the success of our customers. Together we build connections, have meaningful conversations, and co-create effective solutions for best-practice workforce management and care delivery as healthcare sectors continue to evolve.
With an interoperable system, providers benefit from reduced downtime and costs, and greater continuity of care which ultimately allows them to provide better value-based care for our communities.
We often talk about the importance of partnerships here at Lumary. It’s because we recognise the importance of learning and leaning on one another, particularly in the tough times we’ve faced over the last few years.
While it’s always great to be recognised for your organisation’s work, this recent award is thanks to the contribution of the many great partnerships we’ve built over the years.
We’re honoured to be partnered with incredible organisations like Salesforce and the many disability and aged care providers in our network who share our vision of creating wellbeing for our communities.
We thank everyone within our community for their continued collaboration and are excited to build even stronger relationships as we continue to support healthcare organisations globally.
