It’s all in the Delivery!

In the past, we’ve shone a spotlight on some of the incredible individuals across our organisation who exemplify what it means to be a Luminary. This time we wanted to highlight one of the teams that are the heartbeat of Lumary – the Delivery team.

There’s a famous saying that goes, “Behind every great organisation, is an even greater Delivery team”. It goes something like that, right? We may have paraphrased a little, but it hopefully gives you an idea of how much the team means to Lumary.

Their role can be boiled down to “the development and management for implementation projects”, but what they do and who they are is so much more. Their contribution to Lumary for building solutions for providers is vital to enabling the creation of better wellbeing in the community.

So let’s get to know some of the faces behind the team spread across Australia, and who some of our customers may have only met virtually – particularly in the current environment.

From Cornwall to Gibraltar and roles from residential care workers to executive coaching for the Singapore Police; there’s an incredibly diverse range of backgrounds, upbringings, passions and lived experiences across our Delivery team. We asked them to share a little bit about themselves.

With a team of such diversity, and some coming from 15,000km away – what was it that drew the team to Lumary?


Problem solvers, advisors, fun!

While what the Delivery team do can rarely be pinned down to a few words, we asked Claire and Daniel to break down what they do and how the Delivery team supports our customers.


“How is everyone else doing things?”

A unique advantage of working with so many disability and aged care providers across Australia is Lumary’s ability to share information and advice on industry best practices. Jack and Daniel discuss a couple of the main questions they receive from customers and how the Delivery team helps them overcome key industry challenges.


Every second or minute that they save in terms of admin, is time that they can spend with participants delivering quality care.


Helping providers help others 

Luminaries are passionate about what they do. For the Delivery team who work day in and day out with our customers, there’s no better feeling than seeing the positive impact of their work. The team discuss the most rewarding parts of their roles and why they love what they do.


“Together, we’re greater than the sum of our parts”

Lumary’s values make up the very fabric of the organisation. Whether it’s ‘Always Growing’, ‘Better Together’, ‘No Limits’, ‘Whole Hearted” or ‘Own It’, you may have noticed examples of Lumary’s values scattered throughout the videos. In our final video, we asked the team to make the difficult call on which one is their absolute favourite!
